FAQ – Responsible Gaming

Log in to your TWC18 account, go to "Account Settings" and select "Responsible Gaming". Choose your limit type (daily, weekly, or monthly), enter the amount in RM you want, and click "Activate". The limit takes effect immediately. You can lower it at any time; however, increasing the limit requires a 7-day waiting period.

A temporary self-exclusion cannot be cancelled before the set period ends — this is for your own protection. Once the period expires, you will need to submit a manual reactivation request and observe a 7-day reflection period before your account is reinstated. Permanent self-exclusion is final and cannot be reversed.

Your TWC18 account balance is safe during a self-exclusion period. For temporary self-exclusion, your balance will be held and made available once your account is reactivated. For permanent self-exclusion, TWC18 will process a withdrawal of your remaining balance to your original payment method (Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, or Boost) within 5 business days.

During self-exclusion, TWC18 will stop all marketing communications to you, including promotional emails, bonus SMS, and game notifications. We will only contact you for important administrative matters such as account security or balance refunds. Your privacy and well-being are our top priority.

Yes. The minimum deposit at TWC18 is RM10 for methods such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, Boost, and ShopeePay. For FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks), the minimum is RM20.
