Terms & Conditions TWC18 – Guide Complete for Malaysian Members

Welcome to TWC18. This Terms and Conditions document ("Agreement") governs your use of the platform, website, mobile application and all services provided by TWC18 ("Platform"). By accessing or using any part of the TWC18 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be fully bound by this Agreement.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the TWC18 Platform. TWC18 reserves the right to amend, update or replace this Agreement at any time. Notice of changes will be published on the website, and members are encouraged to review these terms periodically.

To register and use TWC18's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria without exception:

• Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. TWC18 has a strict zero-tolerance policy towards underage gambling.
• Possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Malaysian law.
• Must not appear on any self-exclusion list or gambling prohibition list maintained by any regulatory body.
• Make deposits and play using your own personal funds — not borrowed money or funds belonging to any other party.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete personal information during registration. Submitting false information is a serious breach of these terms.

Each individual is permitted to register and hold only one (1) active account on TWC18 at any given time. This restriction covers the use of different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or any other method to create multiple accounts.

• The full name on your TWC18 account must match the name on your Malaysian identification document (MyKad or Passport).
• The registered phone number must be active and capable of receiving SMS for two-factor authentication (2FA) purposes.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and PIN confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
• All activity that takes place on your account is considered your own action — including any consequences arising from your failure to keep your account secure.
• TWC18 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your own negligence.

TWC18 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through approved and verified payment methods available in Malaysia only. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted payment methods are as follows:

• Withdrawals may only be made to an account or e-wallet held in the same name as your TWC18 account. TWC18 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• TWC18 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals pending the completion of KYC verification or an investigation into suspicious activity.
• Taxes and stamp duties (where applicable) are solely the member's responsibility under Malaysian tax law.

TWC18 offers members a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including first deposit bonuses, weekly cashback, festive bonuses (Hari Raya, Chinese New Year, Hari Merdeka) and a VIP programme. All bonuses are subject to the following terms:

• Each bonus carries a minimum wagering requirement that must be met before any winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is specified in the individual terms of each bonus offer.
• Bonuses are for the sole use of the individual member and may not be transferred to another member or directly exchanged for cash.
• If TWC18 suspects that a bonus is being exploited through arbitrage betting, multi-account usage or unfair strategies, TWC18 reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings.
• First deposit bonus of up to RM600 is subject to a 30x wagering requirement on the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be made. Example: A RM100 bonus requires RM3,000 in wagers (30 × RM100).
• TWC18 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer without prior notice.

All games available on the TWC18 platform — including Baccarat, Blackjack, Poker, Slots, Live Casino, Lottery, and more — are operated in accordance with standard game rules that are independently audited. Players agree to comply with the following rules:

• All game outcomes generated by the TWC18 system are final. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled once a game round has begun.
• The use of automated software, bots, scripts or any tools that assist in making betting decisions automatically is strictly prohibited on TWC18.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, TWC18 will refer to server records to determine the outcome. The decision of the TWC18 technical team is final.
• TWC18 reserves the right to restrict or freeze any account that displays suspicious betting patterns or is found to be exploiting system vulnerabilities.
• Winnings obtained through fraudulent means, exploitation of system bugs, or bonus abuse will not be paid out, and the relevant account will be closed immediately.

The TWC18 Sports Betting platform covers football (Malaysia Super League, EPL, La Liga, and more), badminton, tennis, basketball, e-sports (Mobile Legends, Dota 2), and a wide range of other sports. The specific terms for Sports Betting are as follows:

• The odds displayed at the time you place your bet are the odds that will be used to calculate your winnings — even if the odds change after the bet has been confirmed.
• In-play or live betting wagers are final once confirmed by the TWC18 system. Odds fluctuations during a match do not affect bets that have already been locked in.
• If a match is postponed or cancelled, TWC18 will follow the relevant sports void policy. Accumulator (parlay) bets involving a cancelled match will be adjusted based on the remaining matches only.
• Maximum bet limits for each sporting event are set according to the sport type, league, and market conditions. TWC18 reserves the right to adjust betting limits without prior notice.
• If a significant error is found in the odds determination (for example, odds that are clearly incorrect due to a technical fault), TWC18 reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the stake to the member.

TWC18 uses 256-bit SSL encryption and a two-factor authentication (2FA) system to protect member accounts. While we maintain the highest security standards, members are also responsible for safeguarding their own account security.

• TWC18 will never ask for your password or PIN via email, WhatsApp, SMS, or any other channel. Any such request is a phishing attempt.
• Members must report any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on their account to TWC18 customer support within 24 hours of becoming aware of it.
• Using a VPN or proxy to conceal your actual location may result in a temporary account suspension pending clarification.
• Any attempt to hack, disrupt, or abuse the TWC18 system is a serious breach of these terms and may result in legal action.

TWC18 processes members' personal data in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). Your data is used solely for account management, transaction processing, identity verification and service improvement purposes.

• Your personal information will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes without your prior consent.
• TWC18 may share necessary information with Malaysian regulatory authorities when required to do so under applicable law.
• You have the right to request access to your personal data, correct inaccurate information, or request data deletion (subject to statutory record-keeping obligations).

Whether at a member's request or at TWC18's discretion, an account may be closed or suspended in the following circumstances:

• Upon member request: Members may request account closure at any time through customer support. Valid balances will be refunded within 5 business days once all verification checks are complete.
• Self-exclusion: Members who need a break from gambling can apply for a temporary self-exclusion (7 days to 6 months) or a permanent one. TWC18 processes all such requests promptly.
• Closure by TWC18: TWC18 reserves the right to close or suspend any account that violates these terms without prior notice. Winnings obtained through fraudulent means will not be paid out.
• Inactive accounts: Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of RM5, until the balance reaches zero.

The TWC18 platform is provided "as is" with best efforts made to ensure continuous availability. However, TWC18 cannot guarantee uninterrupted service under all circumstances.

• TWC18 is not liable for any losses arising from internet service disruptions, power outages, or technical factors beyond TWC18's control.
• TWC18 is not responsible for gambling outcomes or any winnings/losses experienced by members — all game results are entirely the member's own responsibility.
• TWC18's maximum liability to any member under any circumstance shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

TWC18 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of material changes via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

• Continued use of the TWC18 platform after any changes to the terms take effect will be deemed as the member's acceptance of the updated terms.
• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation will be referred to the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia.
• If any provision in these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of this document shall continue in full force and effect.
